30% for a stay of 1 to 3 nights
50% for a stay of more than 3 nights
Any reservation request not confirmed after 48 hours is canceled. The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of departure, on the initiative of the client.
CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will remain acquired at the Rives du Bassin.
If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance of the total amount of the stay.
In case of interruption of the current stay, the started stay is due in full except in cases of force majeure.
